Mech 2010 has greater pierce and tear resistance than HDPE and unlike HDPE, Mech 2010 is strong across its width as well as down its length. This makes it ideal for box & tray liners. Its biggest advantage is seen when containing meat with ‘bone in’ applications.
Mech 2010 is significantly stronger than LDPE allowing us to reduce the thickness of the bags supplied by up to 40%.
