Assistant Factory Manager

Duties will initially cover the full production process from the pricing of enquiries through to despatch of finished goods. This position would suit a fit, enthusiastic and ambitious person who is seeking secure and long term employment. Previous experience within the polythene industry is not essential. Applicants should have good numeracy skills and be prepared to adopt a “hands-on” approach to problem solving. We would expect the position to be filled by someone who has either some previous management experience or received some management training. For the right candidate this position offers the opportunity to progress further within our organisation.

Responsibilities would eventually extend into all areas of the business. A competitive salary is offered and will be subject to negotiation.
